Steven McBee Jr. Makes a Surprising Statement on Ex Calah Jackson (EXCLUSIVE)

The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys’ Steven McBee Jr. is in a new relationship with social media influencer Allie Eklund, but where does he stand with ex-girlfriend Calah Jackson?

He answered this exact question over the BravoCon 2025 weekend in Las Vegas, exclusively telling The Daily Dish that while he’s no longer paying for the Dallas native’s car and apartment, there’s no bad blood between them. As he put it, “Everything is 100 percent done and has been for a little bit now.”

What’s more, “I have not talked to her since then,” Steven continued. “But I wish her nothing but the best. Obviously, I still care about her so much, and want nothing but the best for her.”

Steven McBee Jr. and Calah Jackson’s relationship timeline

Fans had a front-row seat to Steven and Calah’s tumultuous three-year relationship on Seasons 1 and 2 of The McBee Dynasty (now streaming on Peacock) and it wasn’t always pretty when it came to Calah versus the rest of the McBees. For example, she failed to win over Steve McBee Sr.’s approval on Season 1, and on Season 2, Steven’s mom, Kristi McBee, alluded to Calah being a “gold digger.”

But things took a real hit during Calah and Cole McBee’s explosive fight in the Ozarks, an event she later referred to as “the final straw.” Steven, too, admitted things were “essentially over” by then.

The relationship then seemed to end permanently once Calah stood Steven up at Jesse McBee and Alli McBee’s wedding, walking away from production.

After filming ended, Steven told The Daily Dish, “I still care about her, but watching everything play back is hard, and brings back the emotions of that time period, so it’d be tough to still continue to talk in any capacity while watching episodes play back and not feel emotionally charged. I wish her nothing but the absolute best and for all of the success in her life. She’s an incredible woman, and we have so many great memories created together, even through the tough times.”
