I’m rising from the flames.
Please don’t get in my way.
I’m reaching higher planes.
And I can’t stop this train.
I’m rising from the flames.

Alli. Hi, guys.
I brought lunch.

Who is it?
Nana, who is it?

What’s up?

Alli, you missed out.

Did I?
We had a very wholesome family trip.
Wouldn’t you say, Cole?

Oh, yeah.
He doesn’t remember anything.

I would like to see a video because I never want to—
We’re going to see video.

Ow, ow, ow, ow, ow!
You little bitch.

Would you rather make out with Galyna or let her live with you for a week?

We went to Backwater Jack’s.
Cole got the drunkest I’ve ever seen him in his entire life.

Shots, bitches.

Yeah, you look like you need this.
I do.

No, no, no.

He was very, very—
Because it just sucks when you do everything right.

You spend your whole time just sitting there trying to tell everybody,
you better calm down right now unless you want to have a terrible night.

It was awkward for me, and I keep getting out,
and I get yelled at again for one more thing.

It’s awkward for me when I always have to be dating the drunkest guy in the bar,
making a fool out of himself.

That’s what’s awkward.

Good thing we live in a free country.

Anyways, Calah is like standing up, straddling Steven.
Twerking, twerk, twerk, twerk, twerk.

Yeah, this is when it starts to go bad.

Shut up.
You’re not my boss.

You need to stop because I’m not crying.
I’m too tough to cry.

You’re too tough.

Calah brought out tequila.
She was still drinking.

I didn’t say nothing until she started saying all that bad stuff.

Oh, what did she say?

You guys have all had it very easy in life.
Like, seriously? You have.

Yes, we have it easy.
But Steven has dealt with more in his life than anybody’s ever dreamed of doing at 28 years old.

Same, but I didn’t get a condo and a house out of it.

And then she goes to say he’s never had to work for a thing in his life.
His mom pays for everything.

And I was like, Calah, if you knew what you were talking about,
you would be loving him,
and you wouldn’t be getting sent back to Dallas where you belong.

It was the worst fight I’ve ever seen in my life.

I have no idea what the BLEEP I did wrong to you.

Should Cole have responded the way he did?
No, but that’s my brother.

The truth will come out, Steven,
and you’re going to be buried for this.

And she was saying she has stuff on him,
and then she packs up all of her stuff,
Ubers, and leaves.

And they haven’t talked since she blocked his number.

Oh, gosh.

I mean, I’m not going to cause any more problems.

Cole, you should be lucky that you have a good girlfriend
and a baby on the way.

Imagine your girlfriend of seven years leaving you.

Oh, I always win.
Oh, I never lose.
But I’m still here.

There we go.
I’ve paid my dues.

You don’t leave this town.

Everything that has happened at Lake of the Ozarks
was really the final straw for me.

You talking to me?

You expect me to stick up for you
when you’re trying to, like, throw me under the bus nonstop?

I know that I have given Steven beyond the number of chances I should have.

And to be honest,
I was really holding out hope that this weekend would go well.

You want to make things as bad as humanly possible
between you and everyone in my family,

and that we would maybe be able to reconnect,
but after this, there’s no way.

I feel like I’ve been BLEEP on so much,
which is BLEEP crazy,

given that I have literally sacrificed my life
to be here with Steven to support him.

I have so much dirt on this family.

Steven told me that his father is being investigated by the FBI.

I’ve been the one that’s been helping him through all of this.

He would cry to me every single day
because he was so scared and stressed.

All right, I love you.
Take a break.

My dad was in prison.
My brother’s been in prison.
My sister—like, I know what it’s like to have family
and go through this whole legal process.

And so I just wanted to stay and support him.

It’s been a long day, buddy.
I’m sorry.

It just feels like he’s never had my back
the way that I’ve had his back.

Just knowing that I would have supported him.

I was willing to put myself through that
for this guy who would not do the same for me.
