Who are the McBees, a.k.a. ‘Real American Cowboys’?
The McBee family consists of four brothers—the McBees and their parents—all of whom have been featured on the Bravo show in some capacity.
Steven ‘Steve’ McBee
Steven “Steve” McBee is the patriarch of the family and is credited with creating the McBee Farm & Cattle ranch in Gallatin, Missouri, back in 1998.
He was married to his wife Krisi for 28 years and welcomed four kids with her, but they got divorced back in 2021 due to his relationship with Galyna Saltkovska.
Then, in 2024, he pleaded guilty to a multimillion-dollar fraud scam using federal crop insurance. It is estimated that he will have to pay $3.1 million to the government and spend up to 30 years in federal prison without parole; however, all of this will be officially confirmed during his sentencing in September.
Steve does appear in Season 1 of The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys, but he left the show after a major deal with his car washes fell through.
Following the departure of her ex-husband, Kristi joined the The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys cast for Season 2, with the hopes of helping the farm reach new heights.
She has four kids—Steven, Cole, Jesse and Brayden—all of whom can be seen relying on her throughout her time on the show.
Steven McBee Jr.
Steven is 32 years old and the eldest son of Steve and Kristi. Prior to joining The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys, he appeared on Joe Millionaire: For Richer or Poorer in 2003, where he met now-ex-girlfriend Calah Jackson. He is currently CEO of McBee Farm & Cattle and has appeared in Seasons 1 and 2 of the show.
Jesse McBee
Next in the McBee family tree lineup is Jesse. He is Steve and Kristi’s second-oldest child and is married to Alli Ventresca, whom he met in high school. They have one child together and he now serves as the head of construction at McBee Farms. He is in both seasons of the show.
Cole McBee
Third in line for the McBee farm throne is Cole. He is currently working as the manager for the Mcbee farms and just recently welcomed a baby girl with his girlfriend, Kacie Adkison. Cole is a main player in Seasons 1 and 2 of The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys.
Brayden McBee
The youngest of the McBee kids is none other than Brayden. He is unique in the sense that when his parents got divorced, he chose to live with his mom, Kristi, and not his dad, Steve—which is what his brothers did. He is also the only brother not to have a lot of screentime on the show, the reasons for which remain unknown.
