We’ve been under FBI investigation for the crop years 2018, 19, and 20.
They went through all of our records. We turned over everything that we had.
It’s looking like there may be prison time involved.

A Gallatin, Missouri farmer, Steve A. McB, 53, pleaded guilty to one count of federal crop insurance fraud.

My dad’s facing one count of giving a false statement on crop insurance, which is a felony, and the potential of up to 30 years in prison.
Is it just dad being looked at?
I mean all of our names are on the business.
So it’s just dad.

How long have you guys known about this going on?
It’s been going on for the last year.

Part of me is like scared to death right now.
This is the worst thing I’ve ever seen in my life.

We’ve been going back and forth with the government.
That man is under the most intense pressure I’ve ever seen in my life.
