Galyna Saltkovska is finding strength through friendship — and a little Midwestern joy — amid difficult times. “The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys” star recently opened up about how she’s coping following ex-boyfriend Steven McBee Sr.’s prison sentence. Surrounded by family and fellow Bravolebrities, Galyna shared that she’s been focusing on gratitude, connection, and keeping her spirits high.

Galyna Saltkovska Finds ‘Peace’ After ‘Challenges and Emotions’

The Missouri businesswoman shared a heartfelt Instagram update on October 21, posting photos from a weekend spent in Hannibal, Missouri, with the “Real Housewives of Orange County” newlyweds Alexis Bellino and John Janssen.

“After a week full of challenges and emotions, I found peace where it matters most, in the company of family and true friends,” Galyna wrote in her caption, reflecting on the visit.

The photos showed the group enjoying an outdoor festival — sampling local food, dancing, and soaking in the small-town charm. Galyna’s daughter, Erena Chaples, joined the festivities, while Alexis shared clips of their late-night adventures through the streets of Hannibal, joking that there were “no Ubers” in sight.

The trip came just days after Steven McBee Sr., Galyna’s former partner and founder of McBee Farm & Cattle Co., was sentenced to two years in federal prison and ordered to pay more than $4 million in restitution following a crop insurance fraud case.

Alexis offered her support in the comments under Galyna’s post, writing, “Girl, sometimes all ya need is some cheese soup and a fish sandwich from Hannibal,” along with laughing emojis. “Love you and we will always find light in the tough emotions!!!! Fight on, baby girl.”

Following Steven Sr.’s sentencing, Galyna joined the McBee sons — Steven McBee Jr., Jesse McBee, Cole McBee, and Brayden McBee — in offering support. She posted Theodore Roosevelt’s “Man in the Arena” speech on her Instagram Stories, tagging Steven Sr. in a show of solidarity.

Meanwhile, Steven Sr. shared the same passage alongside a Shakespeare quote from “Julius Caesar”: “Cowards die many times before their deaths; the valiant never taste of death but once.”

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Missouri, Steven Sr. pleaded guilty in November 2024 to underreporting corn and soybean crop yields between 2018 and 2020. Prosecutors said the scheme led to $3 million in fraudulent insurance claims.

“The buck stops with me,” Steven Sr. said in a statement shared through his son Jesse on the family’s “Meet the McBees” podcast.

Before reporting to prison, Steven Sr. appears to be finding comfort in faith and nature. Over the weekend, he shared photos of himself outdoors in Gallatin, Missouri, spending time with his dogs, Gunner and Conan, and watching the sunset.

He captioned the post with Romans 8:28: “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.”

Steven Sr. is set to report to the Federal Prison Camp in Yankton, South Dakota, by December 1.

“The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys” will return for season 3.
